Oct. 19th - Fuji Japanese Steakhouse changed owners on Oct. 19th. The new owner is Jin Kim and the Manager is Christine Kan. The name will probably be changed to Matsuba Japanese Steakhouse as soon as a new sign is ready. The restaurant is located in the Amwell Mall at 450 Amwell Road across the street from the Hillsborough Post Office.
