Bridgeway Care & Rehabilitation proudly receives the 2014 Bronze Award through the National Quality Award Program
 
Somerset County, N.J. - Bridgeway Care and Rehabilitation Centers at Bridgewater and Hillsborough each received the Bronze - Commitment to Quality Award through the National Quality Award program, presented by the American Healthcare Association and the National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).
The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program provides a pathway for providers of long term care services to journey towards performance excellence. The program is based on the core values and criteria of the rigorous Baldrige Performance Excellence Program (http://www.nist.gov/baldrige/).
As a first time Bronze award recipient, both Bridgeways have demonstrated the ability to implement improvements in the lives of residents through quality care performance. The Quality Award program has three progressive step levels. The facilities are judged by trained Examiners who provide feedback on opportunities for improvement to support continuous learning. Facilities must achieve an award at each level to progress to the next level.
