On Dec. 23rd, following receiving her state license, Candice Moyer opened her "Candi Cutz" hair salon in Mountain View Plaza (856 Route 206 South).  She is in the unit formerly occupied by Hair Works near Joe's Family Restaurant & Pizzeria and the Belle Mead Valero gas station.
