Please find listed below several notices which appeared in the December 2nd edition of the Hillsborough Beacon (page 8).

Important upcoming dates are:

Dec. 9, 2010 - The 2nd notice is published in the Hillsborough Beacon.

Jan. 10, 2011 - Bids must be submitted by 11:30 AM of Jan. 10, 2011.

Jan. 10, 2011 - Bidders who presumptively meet qualifications for bidding are publicly announced by the Clerk at least 5 days before the opening of the sealed bids and no later than 11:45 AM on Jan.10, 2011.

Jan. 18, 2011 - The sealed bids will be opened by the Clerk at 11:30 AM in Hillsborough Township's Municipal Complex at 379 South Branch Road.

Starting on Dec. 2, 2010, Bid packages can be picked up in the Clerk's office of Hillsborough Township.
