On March 11th, East Coast Media of 46 Old Camplain Road closed on the purchasing of 14 Park Avenue.  The current owner of 14 Park Avenue, Royal Cabinet Company, will be moving shortly across the street into Building D at the Veterans Industrial Park.  East Coast Media is expected to move into 14 Park Avenue on April 17th.

This purchase was made possible by the Township Committee's revision of the Highway Services (HS) District to put the properties between Park Avenue and Brown Avenue back into the I-1 Light Industrial District.
