On December 9th, Governor Corzine signed into law a $120 million grant program with a 2-year life span.  It will administered by the NJ Economic Development Authority (NJEDA)and is intended to stimulate capital investment and job creation in NJ.  In simple terms, it will provide businesses with grants of up to 7% of their capital investment costs and up to $3,000 for each new job created and retained for one year.
