ATA Martial Arts offers classes in TaeKwonDo for students of all ages, children through adults, ATA-Xtreme, which incorporates gymnastics and acrobatics with Martial Arts for all ages, and Krav Maga, a reality-based self-defense system for teens and adults. Class schedules are very flexible, with classes running 6 days per week.
There are many reasons to become involved in the Martial Arts. Students learn life skills concepts such as honor, perseverance, integrity, and respect among others in addition to the technical skills of traditional TaeKwonDo. ATA Martial Arts can help your student develop greater self-esteem, discipline, and leadership skills while learning basic self-defense maneuvers.
