Fit'n'Firm will be hosting an Open House at their facility on Tuesday, Feb. 26th in celebration of National Heart Month.

They will be offering a free work-out and a class on that day.  In addition, at 11:15 am, Dr.O'Neill a guest speaker will discuss General Nutrition and Weight loss. Light refreshments will be served. Open to public.
