Seeking Business Sponsors

The former annual Fireman's Fair is being taken over by the Hillsborough Rotary Club and will now be called the "HILLSBOROUGH ROTARY FAIR".  The fair will be held Monday, July 21st through Saturday, July 26th.

The club decided to continue what we all consider to be an important Hillsborough tradition since the property where the former fair was held is no longer available. The fair will now be located in the 20 acre field next to Lowe's in the Hillsborough Promenade with parking in the outer part of Lowe's lot.
 
The Rotary Club is looking for local businesses to sponsor the following:

I. Purchase a 3'x3' sponsorship sign that will be seen by at least 15k people during the week for $300 for the 6 nights.

II. Rent a location at the entrance to the fair for a table and 2 chairs to display and/or advertise your business or products to all of the attendees of the fair. Fees will be $500 for the 6 day fair for a 10'x10' space. There will be no weather refunds unfortunately. Early enrollees get the prime spaces and bring your own small tent. Electricity provided.

III. Donate some coupons to be given out to all fair attendees as they enter the fair to promote their businesses and hopefully capture more business as a result. You can give us one sample for us to make 1000's of copies to hand out.

All interested businesses can gladly utilize any and/or all of these sponsorship opportunities. ALL revenue which is earned will be used to fund various charitable endeavors in town as well as all 3 firehouses.
