The Arc of Somerset County employs more than 200 adults with developmental disabilities in four production and training centers, two of which are located in Hillsborough.  The diverse workforce we represent provides business services to an equally diverse customer base representing the medical device, food service, pet products, pharmaceutical marketing, financial services, hardware subassembly, energy conservation, cosmetics, and direct mailing industries. We are committed to providing our customers with a reliable, consistent, and cost effective alternative to in-house assembly, packaging, cleaning, mail handling, and light office tasks while adding value to our customers’ community presence.
