New Jersey's first Single Malt Distillery! Join us for a tasting or cocktail made with our grain to glass Single Malt Spirit, Single Malt Gin, Single Malt Tropical Gin, or Single Malt Aquavit. Our first batch of American Single Malt Whisky is coming soon! Enjoy picturesque views of Carriage Farm from our outdoor patio, watch the bartenders at work in our tasting room bar area, or relax in the upstairs cocktail lounge overlooking the distillery. All of our spirits are fermented and distilled right on site and our cocktails are made with fresh and seasonal ingredients. We serve a limited pre-packaged snack menu but you are welcome to bring your own food or order from one of the food trucks that frequent the site.
